What we collect

You can play free puzzles anonymously. When you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive your account identifier and email to keep your purchases and puzzle progress associated with your account. We do not receive your ChatGPT password or conversations.

If you opt into updates, we store your email address and the date you gave consent. Support forms store your email, message, and submission date. Please do not submit payment card details.

How we use it

We use account data to provide saved puzzles and purchases, support messages to answer your requests, and optional subscriptions for Puzzled Era updates. When our email connection is enabled, new email signups are shared with MailerLite to deliver our welcome email and optional updates. MailerLite manages delivery and email unsubscribe preferences. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop future updates.

Payments and hosting

When checkout becomes available, Stripe processes payment information. We store order references, purchase status, and access rights; we do not store card numbers. This site uses Sites hosting and its database and file storage services.

Progress on your device

When you play without signing in, puzzle progress is saved in this browser on your device. It does not sync to another browser or device. Clearing site data removes these saves; browser privacy settings may prevent storage.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page views, and engagement on Puzzledera. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser or device information to produce reports. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our site configuration. Browser privacy settings or content blockers may prevent analytics collection.

Your choices

Signing in uses authentication cookies managed by the hosting platform. We have not added advertising trackers. You may request account-data deletion, correction, or removal from the email list through Support. Future marketing messages must include an unsubscribe link. Order records may need to be retained for business recordkeeping.

Membership accounts

If you create a Puzzledera account, we store your email, a salted password hash, hashed recovery code, and session records. Stripe processes payments and stores billing details; we store the customer and subscription references needed to manage puzzle access. Recovery codes reset your password and should be kept private. Account creation does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails.
